Short version: this site collects nothing unless you fill in a form, and what you send goes straight to one of the founders. No advertising trackers, no profile building, nothing sold to anyone.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form or the Free Quote flow:
- Your name and email address
- Your business or company name, if you choose to give it
- What you tell us about the project, the outcome you want, and your timeline
- Which page you submitted from, and the time you submitted
There is a hidden anti-spam field in each form. It is not visible to you and you will never fill it in — only automated bots do, and those submissions are discarded.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to prepare a quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed below.
Who processes it
- Our email provider — form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party transactional email service. It handles the message in transit and retains it according to its own policy.
- Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses and are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics.
- Google Fonts — the site loads two typefaces from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this page changes first, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
The site stores one flag in your browser's session storage to remember that you have already seen the loading animation. It is cleared when you close the tab and contains no personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you become a client, project correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as needed for tax and record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say so — we will action it and confirm when it is done. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it.
